Brimfield Antique Show: First Timer's Guide

Brimfield is one of the largest outdoor antique shows in the country — and for first-timers, it can be genuinely overwhelming. Spread across roughly a mile of Route 20 with 20+ independently owned fields and thousands of dealers, there is no way to see everything in one visit. Most experienced shoppers plan two or more days and still leave with a list of fields they wish they'd had time for.

The show runs three times a year — May, July, and September — each stretch spanning six days, Tuesday through Sunday. But there's no single opening bell: each field sets its own opening day and time within that week, so "when should I go" really depends on which fields matter to you.
