Welcome to Brimfield Finder. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brimfieldfinder.com. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Brimfield Finder is a free guide to the Brimfield Antique Show in Brimfield, Massachusetts — a field directory, live map, dealer directory, and trip-planning content. We are not affiliated with the Brimfield Show Promoters Association or any individual field or dealer.
You must be at least 18 years old to use features that involve submitting information (such as creating a dealer listing or joining a shopping group). By using those features, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Brimfield Finder offers dealers who set up in a different field on different days the option to receive text message (SMS) reminders. By checking the opt-in box in your listing editor, you agree to receive an automated text from Brimfield Finder each evening during a show week, with a link to confirm the next day's field.

The live map lets you save a parking spot and, optionally, start or join a small shopping group to share a location pin with other members of that specific group. These features are opt-in and location data is only ever shared with people who have your group's code or link — you are responsible for who you share that code or link with. Do not use these features to track or locate anyone without their knowledge and consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as a dealer listing or group display name), but grant us a license to display it in connection with the site. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to: violate any laws or regulations; post false, misleading, or deceptive content; use the group-sharing features to track someone without consent; use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal browsing; attempt to circumvent security measures; or post spam or engage in fraudulent activity.
Brimfield Finder and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Dealer content remains the property of the dealer who submitted it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FIELD HOURS, ADMISSION, DEALER COUNTS, AND OTHER SHOW DETAILS CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE — CONFIRM DIRECTLY WITH A FIELD BEFORE MAKING FIRM PLANS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR LISTING.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIMFIELD FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON LOCATION DATA SHARED THROUGH THE GROUP-SHARING FEATURES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
